Ses Verileri (İsteğe Bağlı)Kullanıcı ses klonlama veya yapay zeka destekli ses özelliklerini kullanmayı tercih ederse, ses kayıtları toplanabilir, işlenebilir ve saklanabilir. Ses kayıtları yalnızca kullanıcının talep ettiği ses oluşturma, ses klonlama ve ilgili yapay zeka özelliklerini sağlamak amacıyla kullanılır.

Görsel Veriler (İsteğe Bağlı)Kullanıcı tarafından yüklenen fotoğraflar veya görseller, gelecekteki benlik görselleştirmeleri, manifestasyon görselleri ve kullanıcı tarafından talep edilen diğer yapay zeka destekli görsel üretim özelliklerini oluşturmak amacıyla işlenebilir.

Otomatik Toplanan Veriler

• IP adresi, konum veya cihaz verisi bilinçli olarak toplanmaz.
• Ancak Supabase ve benzeri servisler teknik gereklilikler kapsamında bu verileri işleyebilir.

Veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılabilir:

• Uygulamanın çalışmasını sağlamak
• Giriş sistemi işlemleri
• Kullanıcı içeriklerinin saklanması
• Bildirim gönderimi
• Yapay zeka destekli ses oluşturma
• Ses klonlama işlemleri
• Yapay zeka destekli görsel üretimi
• Gelecekteki benlik görselleştirmeleri
• Manifestasyon ve motivasyon amaçlı kişiselleştirilmiş içerik üretimi

Veriler reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.

05. Ödemeler

• Ödemeler yalnızca App Store ve Google Play üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
• Kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgileri Maniforia tarafından saklanmaz.

06. Veri Paylaşımı

Verileriniz satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya ticari amaçlarla paylaşılmaz.

07. Güvenlik

Veriler güvenli altyapılar üzerinde saklanır (örneğin Supabase).

08. Kamera ve Medya

Kamera, fotoğraf galerisi ve medya erişimi yalnızca kullanıcı izin verdiği takdirde kullanılır.

09. Bildirimler

Bildirimler isteğe bağlıdır ve kullanıcı tarafından devre dışı bırakılabilir.

10. Çocuklar

Maniforia, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki bir kullanıcıya ait kişisel verilerin toplandığının tespit edilmesi halinde, söz konusu veriler makul süre içerisinde silinir.

11. Haklarınız

Kullanıcılar aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:

• Verilerini görüntüleme
• Verilerini güncelleme
• Hesap silme talebinde bulunma
• Veri silme talebinde bulunma

12. Veri Saklama

Hesap silindiğinde, ilgili kullanıcı verileri makul süre içerisinde silinir.

Maniforia aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf servislerden yararlanabilir:

Uygulama geliştikçe ek servis sağlayıcılar kullanılabilir.

14. Yapay Zeka Hizmetleri

Maniforia'nın yapay zeka özelliklerini sunabilmesi için kullanıcı tarafından sağlanan aşağıdaki içerikler işlenebilir:

• Ses kayıtları
• Fotoğraflar ve görseller
• Kullanıcı tarafından girilen metinler

Bu içerikler yalnızca kullanıcının talep ettiği özellikleri sunmak amacıyla işlenir.

15. Ses ve Görsel İşleme Onayı

Kullanıcı, ses kayıtları veya görseller yükleyerek ve yapay zeka destekli özellikleri kullanarak, bu içeriklerin kişiselleştirilmiş ses ve görsel çıktılar oluşturulması amacıyla işlenmesini kabul etmiş sayılır.

Kullanıcı, yüklediği içeriklerin mülkiyetini korumaya devam eder.

Maniforia:

• Ses kayıtlarını satmaz
• Görselleri satmaz
• Reklam amacıyla kullanmaz
• Üçüncü taraflara ticari amaçlarla aktarmaz

Kullanıcı, hesabını silerek veya destek ekibiyle iletişime geçerek içeriklerinin silinmesini talep edebilir.

16. Güncellemeler

Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler uygulama veya web sitesi üzerinden yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.

Voice Data (Optional)If a user chooses to use voice cloning or AI-powered voice features, voice recordings may be collected, processed, and stored. Voice recordings are used solely for providing voice generation, voice cloning, and related AI-powered features requested by the user.

Image Data (Optional)Photos and images uploaded by users may be processed to generate future-self visualizations, manifestation-related imagery, and other AI-generated visual content requested by the user.

Automatically Collected Data

• IP address, location data, and device information are not intentionally collected by Maniforia.
• However, third-party infrastructure providers such as Supabase may process certain technical information as part of their services.

04. Use of Data

User data may be used for the following purposes:

• Operating and maintaining the application
• User authentication and account access
• Storing user-generated content
• Sending notifications
• AI-generated voice creation
• Voice cloning services
• AI-powered image generation
• Future-self visualizations
• Personalized manifestation and motivational content generation

User data is not used for advertising purposes.

05. Payments

• All payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Maniforia does not collect or store payment card information.

06. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes.

07. Security

User data is stored using secure infrastructure and industry-standard security measures, including services such as Supabase.

08. Camera and Media Access

Camera, photo library, and media access are only used with the user's explicit permission.

Notifications are optional and may be disabled by the user at any time.

10. Children

Maniforia is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information belonging to a child under 13 has been collected, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information.

When a user deletes their account, associated personal data will be deleted within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.

Additional service providers may be added as the application evolves.

14. Artificial Intelligence Services

To provide AI-powered features, Maniforia may process the following user-submitted content:

This content is processed solely for providing the functionality requested by the user.

15. Consent for Voice and Image Processing

By voluntarily uploading voice recordings, photographs, or other media and using AI-powered features, users consent to the processing of such content for generating personalized voice and visual outputs.

Users retain ownership of all uploaded content.

Maniforia does not:

• Sell voice recordings
• Sell uploaded images
• Use uploaded content for advertising purposes
• Share uploaded content with third parties for commercial purposes

Users may request deletion of uploaded content by deleting their account or contacting support.

16. Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates become effective once published within the application or on the official website.
